These are more ideas that I gathered on pinterest and hoping it will INSPIRE me.
Please excuse my poor photoshop skills but here’re the two designs that I came up with. I really like the original surface so I decided to keep some of it and paint some of it. It is also very fashionable for furnitures at the moment to leave some original bits and add some new bits. I like the compositions of the two but I feel like the colours aren’t that CHINOISERIE and they look more Spanish than oriental.
